Terms of Service.

1Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you, the business using FuelRaptor ("you" or "fleet owner"), and:

"We", "us" and "our" mean FuelRaptor Technologies Private Limited. By signing up or using FuelRaptor, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2The service

FuelRaptor helps fleet owners track fuel expenses from receipts their drivers send on WhatsApp. The service currently includes:

• Receipt capture: drivers send photos of fuel slips to our WhatsApp number.
• AI receipt reading: we extract amount, litres, rate, station, date and invoice number, and confirm them with the driver.
• Anomaly flags, including duplicate-slip detection and meter-tamper checks on slips that print totalizer readings.
• An owner dashboard showing receipts, photos, flags and monthly spend per truck.

Features marked "Coming soon" on our website are not part of the service until we release them. We may add, change or remove features. FuelRaptor is a business tool and is not intended for personal or household use.

3Pricing and payment

• The price is ₹499 per truck per month, plus applicable taxes.
• Your first month is free. No payment card is needed to start.
• After the free month, you are billed monthly for each truck enrolled in that month.
• If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

If you don't pay after the free month, we stop processing new receipts. Your existing data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

4Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@fuelraptor.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not refund partial months. There is no setup fee and no cancellation fee.

You can ask us to delete your data when you cancel, and we will do so as described in our Privacy Policy.

5What FuelRaptor does and does not do

• A flag means a receipt needs a human to check it. It is not proof that a driver or anyone else did anything wrong.
• AI receipt reading can make mistakes, especially on damaged or unclear slips. Check the original photo before relying on a figure.
• You are responsible for any decision or action you take about a driver, including deductions, warnings or termination. Make those decisions on your own review of the facts, not on a flag alone.
• Some theft cannot be seen on a receipt at all, for example fuel removed from the tank after filling.

6Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details for your trucks and drivers, including the phone numbers you enrol.
• Tell every driver you enrol that their fuel receipts and WhatsApp messages to FuelRaptor are processed for fuel expense tracking, and point them to our Privacy Policy.
• Have a lawful basis to share drivers' details with us.
• Keep access to your dashboard login to yourself and the people you authorise.
• Don't use FuelRaptor for anything unlawful, don't upload content you have no right to share, and don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.

7Availability

FuelRaptor is in early access. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta and Gupshup, which we don't control. We may pause the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

8Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law allows:

• FuelRaptor is provided "as is". We don't give any warranty that it will detect every anomaly or that extracted data will always be accurate.
• We are not liable for fuel theft, fuel losses, or anything else the service did not detect or flag.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business.
• Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if you don't pay, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using FuelRaptor at any time.

10Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect. If you keep using FuelRaptor after that, the new terms apply.
